Processing and Lead Times
Our goal is to ship every order by the next business day. Orders confirmed by 12:00 PM PST are processed and shipped the same business day when possible. We make every effort to uphold these lead times, but they are targets, not guarantees. Actual ship dates may vary due to order volume, carrier availability, weekends, holidays, or circumstances outside our control. If your order is delayed, we will let you know before you have to follow up.
If your order is time-sensitive, leave a note at checkout, and we will do our best to expedite your lead time.
Shipping Methods
BLK LBL Co. ships via UPS, FedEx, or USPS depending on order size, destination, and available rates. Expedited shipping is available upon request. Contact us at info@blklblco.com before placing your order if you have specific carrier or timing requirements.
Shipping Costs
All shipping charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination. For large or recurring orders, contact us directly to discuss freight options and potential volume shipping arrangements.
Delivery Timeframes
Standard ground shipping typically delivers within 3-7 business days,s depending on your location. Delivery timeframes are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed by BLK LBL Co.
Order Issues in Transit
If your order is lost, delayed beyond a reasonable timeframe, or arrives damaged, contact us at info@blklblco.com within 5 business days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and make sure your store is taken care of.
Distribution Restrictions
BLK LBL Co. does not ship kanna-containing products to retailers in Louisiana. Orders placed for Louisiana addresses that include restricted products will be canceled and refunded.
